牛场区块煤层气井定向控制工艺

Directional Control Technology of Coalbed Methane Wells in the Field of Niuchang

摘要: 针对随钻测斜仪测点与钻头之间存在一定的距离差,不能直接测得钻头处井眼参数的问题,以及“直-增-稳”型二维煤层气定向井施工过程中出现的直井段打斜、造斜点处已有一定的井斜角和方位角的情况,结合牛场区块施工数据,分析、总结了工具面角度与井斜角、方位角变化量的函数关系,实现轨迹的精确预测,提出配套的定向井轨迹控制工艺,并在该地区多口井的施工中得到了验证。

Abstract: There is a certain distance between the inclinometer and the drill bit, which makes it impossible to measure the borehole parameters directly. In the construction process of directional well of coalbed gas, there is a situation in which the straight section of the straight -steady-state two dimensional directional well is diagonally tilted, which makes the deflection point have a deviation angle and azimuth angle. Based on the field drilling engineering, this paper analyzes and summarizes the function relationship between the tool face and the change of hole drift angle and azimuth angle. This makes it possible to predict the trajectory accurately. A set of directional well trajectory control technology is proposed and verified in the construction of multi-well in the area.
